The Challenge

An enterprise client was locked into a single provider and suffered a crippling regional outage that severely harmed their SLA commitments. They required a fully agile, vendor-agnostic architecture that could failover workloads dynamically between AWS and Azure based on real-time health checks.

The SurfingCloud Solution

• Transformed legacy VMs into portable Docker containers managed uniformly via a multi-cluster Kubernetes plane.
• Implemented global DNS routing (via Cloudflare) capable of detecting regional drops and diverting traffic instantly to the secondary cloud.
• Decoupled databases using active-passive asynchronous replication across cloud borders.
